Customer Spotlight: The Bullis School

We realized we have been working together with the Bullis School for the better part of a decade now, so we have interviewed Pam Bass, store manager of the Bullis School, for more insight into one of our long-time customers.

Customer spotlight: Russell Hampton & Rotary

After years of hearing my father Arnie talk about our long-time customers Kathy and Bob Lowe, the owners of Russell-Hampton, I finally had the opportunity to fly out to Kansas City to meet them. Russell-Hampton creates the official merchandise for Rotary International, a global group to do good around the world.  Meeting these people we've been working with for so long left me completely jazzed about the relationships we have developed with our customers over the years.

In our business, complete customization can certainly keep us on our toes!  After more than thirty years of creating custom accessories -- just when we think we have seen it all -- we get a project that not only makes us smile but gives us a chance to think outside of the box.

Customer Spotlight: Professional Golfers Association

The Professional Golfer's Association of America serves more than 28,000 members.  Founded in 1916, it organizes the PGA Championship, which is one of the largest competitions in the sport.  We are proud to have made custom ties for the 2016 PGA golf championship, worn by VIPs such as the commissioner of the PGA golf tour championship, Tim Finches.  This branded neckwear elegantly accessorizes the professionals who support this event.

Non-Profit Partners: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital leads the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.  Their research efforts have helped increase childhood cancer survival rates from less than than 20% in 1962 to more than 80% today.  St. Jude's serves over 7,000 families every year, who never receive a bill for their treatment costs.

Customer Spotlight – Through Jimmy’s Eyes

One of the things I love the most about working in our family-run business is the opportunity to meet some of the most amazing people along the way.  Recently I traveled to Minneapolis, MN to meet the Reagan Family.  They are a longtime customer of ours and the founders of Through Jimmy’s Eyes.  They are also a family dedicated to bringing awareness to autism and helping families impacted by autism find the resources they need.
