Customer Spotlight: Professional Golfers Association
The Professional Golfer’s Association of America serves more than 28,000 members. Founded in 1916, it organizes the PGA Championship, which is one of the largest competitions in the sport.
We are proud to have made custom ties for the 2016 PGA golf championship, worn by VIPs such as the commissioner of the PGA golf tour championship, Tim Finches. This branded neckwear elegantly accessorizes the professionals who support this event.
Not every success story goes perfectly smooth, however: PGA had ordered with plenty of time but due to an artwork confusion, they received the wrong ties just five days before their big event. Thanks to our long-term relationship with our factory, we were able to get the ties remade immediately. We had them in their hands for the opening ceremony so that the commissioner was able to appear on television with his PGA gear.
Our customer account contact Megan Johnson said “Thank you for making it happen! … I really appreciate the effort here and I know the client does too. Big win all around!”
While we strive for high-quality products throughout our thirty-four years of business, occasional mistakes are inevitable. We want to make sure all our customers have the VIP treatment while working with us. You can be certain that the Shop4ties family will make sure you get the perfect custom tie or scarf for your needs, no championship needed.
