Returns and Refunds
We take pride in our high-quality products and want you to be proud to wear them too. We offer complimentary artwork and one-on-one customer service for all of our custom orders, and during this process, we aim to answer all of your questions. Once you finalize the details and confirm the order, we’ll send you the order acknowledgement and start processing your order.
With all new orders, we’ll send you a photo of your test swatch for approval before your full order is manufactured. For reorders, we move straight into production to match your previous order.
Products offered in these campaigns are available preorder only. Once a preorders campaign is closed, that’s it: we only produce what your group purchases to reduce waste. It’s better for the environment!
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Each preorder has a minimum order quantity, depending on product type. Your group must meet the minimum order quantity for this preorder campaign to move into production. Once the preorder closes, your card will be charged as long as the MOQ is met. If the MOQ is not met, your order will be cancelled and your card will not be charged.
You can cancel your preorder any time until the preorder close date; please email email@example.com to process your cancellation. Once a preorder is closed and the MOQ is reached, the preorder moves into production and your order can’t be cancelled.
Returns and Exchanges
Since everything we make is made-to-order, once the production process has begun, we cannot cancel an order nor can we accept returns generally. This also makes exchanges difficult as we don’t carry any extra stock.
We realize sometimes mistakes happen.
If your products have manufacturer defects or your custom order is not as approved, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
